Advice on all forms of choral music suitable for your wedding in the cathedral is available from the Director of the St Marys Singers who can also assist you with securing quality vocal and instrumental soloists for the event.
If you are considering adding the grandeur of a full choir to your wedding there are a number of simple steps to take. Once you have consulted your wedding celebrant and have booked the Cathedral or its crypt for your wedding you should then contact the Director of the St Mary’s Singers:

A LITTLE HELP WITH PLANNING YOUR WEDDING MUSIC
The choir usually sings at certain ceremonial points within the standard wedding ceremony or nuptial Mass.
These points differ for simple wedding ceremonies and the more extended nuptial Mass but usually occur at the following points:

- The Signing of the Register (Often two pieces are sung here – a soloist is a very special addition at this point)
